These Terms govern your use of the website auratrack-fitness.com and the content tool Aura Track Publisher (the "Service"), operated by AuraTrack ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Aura Track Publisher helps authorized users prepare content and publish it to their own TikTok and Instagram accounts, and manage direct messages on connected business accounts, through the platforms' official APIs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage any social media account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your connected accounts.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited permission to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service, including publishing it to the accounts you choose. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish and that it complies with the law and with the rules of each platform.

4. Publishing and approval

Content is published only after you review it and confirm publication, including the visibility setting you choose. You are responsible for the final content you publish. AI-generated drafts are suggestions and may contain mistakes, so review them before publishing.

5. Third-party platforms

Your use of TikTok and Instagram is also subject to their own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Meta's terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or Meta. Platform features and limits may change at any time and may affect the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the Service or any platform.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, followers, revenue or account access arising from your use of the Service or of third-party platforms.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
