This Privacy Policy explains how AuraTrack ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website auratrack-fitness.com and our content tool, Aura Track Publisher (together, the "Service").
1. What the Service does
Aura Track Publisher is a content management tool. It lets an authorized account owner sign in with TikTok and/or Instagram, prepare posts and videos, and publish them to their own accounts. It can also help the account owner read and reply to direct messages sent to their business accounts, using the platforms' official APIs.
2. Information we collect
- Account information from TikTok (via TikTok Login Kit): your TikTok open ID, display name and profile picture, as permitted by the scopes you approve (such as
user.info.basic). - Account information from Instagram/Meta: your Instagram account ID, username and profile picture, as permitted by the permissions you approve.
- Access tokens issued by TikTok and Meta after you approve the connection. These allow the Service to act only within the permissions you granted.
- Content you create or upload: videos, images, captions and scheduling settings you prepare in the Service.
- Messages: when messaging features are enabled, direct messages sent to the connected business account and replies sent from it, so they can be displayed and answered.
- Basic technical data: server logs such as request time and error information, used to keep the Service running and secure.
3. How we use information
- To publish content to your connected accounts, only after you review and confirm it.
- To show your account name, profile picture and publishing status inside the Service.
- To display and reply to direct messages on the connected business account.
- To generate draft captions and replies with AI tools. Content sent for this purpose is processed by our AI provider only to produce the requested output.
- To maintain, secure and improve the Service.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- TikTok and Meta, to publish content and send messages you approve, through their official APIs.
- Service providers that host and operate the Service (cloud hosting and storage) and our AI provider, under obligations to protect the data.
- Legal reasons, if required by law.
5. Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never displayed publicly. Uploaded media is stored only as long as needed to publish it and is then deleted, unless you choose to keep it in your content library. We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is connected. You can disconnect TikTok at any time from your TikTok app settings (Manage app permissions) and Instagram from your Meta account settings. You can also email us to delete your data, and we will delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
